Claire'S Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry leak soup by Knorr
    1 c. milk
    1 c. light cream
    4 eggs
    2 1/2 c. Swiss cheese, grated
    1 Tbsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 large deep dish pie crusts, unbaked
Preparation
    Blend soup with milk.
    Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Cool slightly.
    Stir in cream and cheese.
    Refrigerate 20 minutes until cool.
    Beat eggs in bowl.
    Add soup mixture, then dry ingredients.
    Pour into pie shells.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes.
    Makes 2 large pies.
