Chuck Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. lean chuck*
    1 large onion, diced
    1/2 c. celery, diced
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    4 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. catsup
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. chili powder (optional)
    1 1/2 c. water (do not add water if using a crock-pot)
Preparation
    *With as much fat and connective tissue removed as possible.
