Confetti Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. or 1 jar sauerkraut, drained
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 jar pimentos
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/3 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Mix the first 5 ingredients together.
    Mix sugar and vinegar and bring to a boil for 1 or 2 minutes.
    Pour over sauerkraut mixture.
    Make a few hours ahead of time.
    Even better if made the night before.
