Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. plain flour
    1 c. Crisco (yellow, make sure c. is good and full)
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 egg, beaten
    3 Tbsp. cold water
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Mix flour, Crisco and salt together until the consistency of coarse meal.
    Mix egg, cold water and vinegar together and add to flour mixture.
    Shape into 3 balls.
    Roll out on a lightly floured board (or flat surface).
    Use for favorite fillings and bake accordingly.
    For fruit filled crust with top, bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes and reduce heat to 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
    Milk can be brushed on top of the crust the last 10 minutes of baking to give pies a glazed look.
