Thanksgiving Stuffing - cooking recipe

2 c. chopped baking apples
1 1/2 c. (5 oz.) natural sliced almonds
3/4 c. chopped onions
3/4 c. chopped celery
4 Tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
6 c. cubed bread (dry)
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/3 to 1/2 c. apple cider or juice
