Camp Site Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 can condensed beef broth
    1 (1 lb.) can corn
    3 or 4 large potatoes, pared and diced
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    In skillet, brown ground beef and chopped onion.
    Add beef broth, corn, diced potatoes, salt and pepper; mix well.
    Cover and cook over low heat for 20 to 25 minutes, stirring occasionally to keep from sticking.
    Makes 4 big bowls.
