Hot Crabmeat Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. crabmeat
1 c. thinly sliced celery
2 tsp. grated onion
3 hard-boiled eggs, cut up
1 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. grated cheese
1 c. dried bread crumbs
Preparation

Combine ingredients except cheese and crumbs.
Pile lightly in 4 seashells or individual baking dishes.
Sprinkle with cheese and crumbs.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
