Barbecued Meat Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. ground beef
1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 c. oatmeal
1 c. cracker crumbs
2 eggs
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. chili powder
Preparation

Mix all together.
Shape into walnut-size balls.
Place in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
Makes 75 to 80 balls.
