Beat 'N' Eat Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg white (unbeaten)
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/4 c. boiling water
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 pkg. shredded coconut
Preparation
    Place egg white, sugar, cream of tartar and vanilla in a deep bowl.
    Mix well.
    Add boiling water.
    Beat, until stiff peaks form, with an electric mixer.
    Will frost 8-inch layer cake. Sprinkle with coconut.
