Blueberry Pudding(Diabetic) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. crushed corn flakes
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    sugar substitute to equal 1/4 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. melted lo-cal margarine
    2 c. blueberries
Preparation
    Combine crushed flakes, cinnamon, sugar substitute, salt, vanilla and melted margarine.
    Place blueberries at bottom of baking dish and cover with corn flake mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Serve with diabetic whipped topping.
