Tuna Croquettes With Parsley Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. dry breadcrumbs
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) water packed tuna, drained
    1 c. grated carrots
    1/2 c. skim milk
    1/2 c. diced celery
    1 egg, beaten
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    vegetable cooking spray
    Parsley Sauce
Preparation
    Combine breadcrumbs, tuna, carrots, milk, egg, celery, onion, salt and pepper.
    Mix well.
    Divide mixture into 6 equal portions, shaping each into a cone.
    Place on baking sheet covered with cooking spray and bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Serve with Parsley Sauce.
