Microwave Taco Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. Minute rice, cooked
    1 lb. hamburger, cooked and drained
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    2 c. undrained stewed tomatoes
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 can red kidney beans, drained
Preparation
    Combine cooked rice and cooked hamburger together.
    Mix with remaining ingredients.
    Place in casserole dish and microwave 10 to 12 minutes.
    Top with 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese and let stand 5 minutes.
    Add 1 cup crushed taco chips over top and serve.
