Creamy Potato Bake(For The Grill) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 medium potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
1 medium onion, sliced
6 Tbsp. margarine
1/2 c. Velveeta cheese, shredded
1/8 tsp. garlic powder or to taste
2 tsp. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. salt and pepper or to taste
1/3 c. chicken broth (decrease salt if using bouillon)
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce (optional)
Preparation

Place sliced potatoes and onion on 22 x 18-inch piece of heavy-duty foil.
Dot with butter.
Sprinkle with cheese, parsley, garlic, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
Fold up foil around potatoes; add chicken broth.
Seal edges tightly.
