Veg-Medley - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sliced onion
2 c. celery strips
1 1/2 c. carrot strips
1 pkg. frozen green beans
1 can tomatoes
3/4 c. green pepper strips
4 Tbsp. butter
1/8 tsp. pepper
3 Tbsp. tapioca
2 1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
-
Mix together.
Place in tightly covered casserole dish.
Bake 2 hours at 350\u00b0.
Uncover last 15 minutes.
