Rhubarb Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 C. Rhubarb (cut)
    1 C. Sugar
    1/2 C. Applesauce
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) can Crushed Pineapple
    1 sm. pkg. Strawberry Jello
Preparation
    Cook rhubarb in 1/2 cup water until tender.
    Add sugar and dry jello.
    Remove from heat.
    Add applesauce and pineapple.
    Pour into dish or mold.
