Oysters In A Cloud - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 egg whites
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 1/2 doz. oysters
    favorite seafood seasoning
Preparation
    Beat egg whites and tartar until stiff peaks form.
    Shuck oysters. Boil in their juices and seafood seasoning until edges curl. Drop egg whites by spoonful onto a greased baking pan. Be creative with shapes; make an indentation in each egg white. Broil until golden brown.
    Place 1 oyster in each egg white and serve garnished with a dash of cocktail sauce or a drop of lime juice.
