Sweet Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9 oz.) box corn muffin mix
1 (4 serving size) box instant vanilla pudding
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
Preparation

In mixing bowl, stir together muffin mix and pudding mix.
Add eggs and milk; stir to blend.
Batter will be lumpy.
Coat an 8-inch square pan with vegetable cooking spray and spread batter in pan.
Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes or until bread tests done.
