Diabetic Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 1/2 tsp. liquid sweetener
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. ground cloves
    1 (9-inch) pie shell
    1 c. cooked pumpkin
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. hot, scalded, skim milk
Preparation
    Combine egg, pumpkin, sweetener, salt and spices. Add milk and blend. Pour into pie crust. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes, until a knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean.
