Nigerian Peanut Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion
    2 celery stalks
    2 c. stock (chicken)
    2 c. rich milk
    1 c. peanut butter (smooth)
    seasoning
Preparation
    Chop and saute onion and celery in 4 tablespoons oil.
    Add 1 tablespoon flour then 1 cup stock and blend well.
    Bring to boil, then puree.
    Blend 1 cup stock, 2 cups milk and 1 cup peanut butter.
    Heat gently.
    Don't boil.
    Serve hot or cold.
