Oven Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 envelope onion soup mix
2 lb. potatoes, cut into large chunks
1/3 c. olive oil

Preparation

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
In large bowl, add all ingredients and mix until potatoes are evenly coated.
Empty bowl into shallow baking pan and bake approximately 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown.
Garnish with parsley and serve. Serves 8.
