Zucchini Stuffing Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. sliced zucchini (small size)
1 c. sour cream
1 (11 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. diced onion
1 c. grated carrots
1 (74 oz.) pkg. chicken flavor stuffing mix
1 cube melted butter
Preparation

Boil zucchini 5 minutes or microwave without water for 4 minutes. Drain if boiled.
In a separate bowl, combine sour cream and chicken soup (no water).
Add zucchini, onion, carrots and fold together into sour cream and soup.
In a separate bowl, combine stuffing mix with seasoning and melted butter.
In a 9 x 13-inch pan, alternate layers of zucchini and stuffing mix.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Serves 8.
