Oven-Barbecued Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 broiler-fryers (about 2 lb. each), quartered
    1 large onion, sliced
    2/3 c. catsup
    1/3 c. vinegar
    4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 tsp. rosemary, crushed
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Place chicken, skin side down, in a single layer in a buttered shallow baking pan; top with onion slices.
    Mix remaining ingredients in a small saucepan; heat to boiling and pour over chicken.
    Bake in hot oven (400\u00b0) for 30 minutes.
    Turn chicken, skin side up; baste with sauce once or twice.
    Cook 30 minutes longer, or until tender and richly glazed.
