Broccoli And Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 c. milk
    1 c. shredded American cheese
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 1/2 c. water
    10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
Preparation
    In large saucepan, cook onion in margarine until tender. Stir in flour, salt and pepper until well blended.
    Add milk all at once.
    Cook until thickened, stirring constantly, about 1 minutes.
    Add cheese and stir until melted.
    Remove from heat.
