Mama'S City Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. veal, beef or turkey cubes
    2 lb. pork cubes
    2 eggs
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    Italian bread crumbs
    salt and pepper to taste
    6 meat skewers
Preparation
    Place meat cubes on skewers, alternating veal and pork.
    Beat eggs; set aside.
    Salt and pepper meat; dip in eggs, then cover with bread crumbs.
    Brown in skillet, turning only once.
    Remove and place in Dutch oven.
    Heat soup; pour over meat.
    Place in oven and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
    Serve over rice or mashed potatoes.
