Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe

1 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
2 Tbsp. butter
2 c. chopped cooled chicken
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies, drained
3 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. cumin
3/4 tsp. garlic salt
2 1/2 c. chicken broth
1 c. sour cream
1 1/2 c. (8 oz.) Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
12 (6-inch) corn tortillas
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In large saucepan cook onion and green pepper in 2 tablespoons butter until tender.
Combine with chicken and green chillies in large bowl; set aside.
