Chafing Dish Lobster Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tsp. grated onion
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. sugar
dash of salt
1 c. lobster
3 Tbsp. Sauterne wine
Preparation

Melt cream cheese over low heat very slowly.
Blend in all the ingredients except the lobster and Sauterne.
Mix well, never allowing to boil.
Add lobster and wine.
Mix and heat through. Transfer to a chafing dish.
Carefully control heat, as it will separate if it boils.
Serve with crackers or bread.
Recipe will feed several.
