Tony'S Deer Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 boneless deer roast
    1 bottle Worcestershire
    1 lb. bacon
    2 onions
    1 bunch celery
    tenderizer
    wine (2 to 3 c.)
    water to half cover
Preparation
    In a large bowl, coat deer with tenderizer.
    Add Worcestershire, wine, onions, half the celery and water.
    Cover and marinate overnight.
    Turn once or twice.
