Pear Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 lb. pears
    3 green peppers
    3 sweet red peppers
    1 hot pepper
    3 large onions
    3 c. vinegar
    3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Core, peel and grind pears through coarse food chopper and drain until excess juice is removed.
    Grind peppers and onions. Combine all ingredients; bring to a boil and boil 20 minutes.
    Pack into containers.
    Process in a boiling water bath canner for 10 minutes.
