Crock-Pot Hungarian Goulash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. round steak, cut in 1/2-inch cubes
1 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. dried thyme, crushed
1 bay leaf
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can tomatoes, cubed
1 c. sour cream
Preparation

Put steak cubes, onion and garlic in crock-pot. Stir in flour to coat steak. Add remaining ingredients, EXCEPT sour cream. Cook on low 7 to 10 hours or high 4 hours. Add sour cream 30 minutes before serving. Serving over noodles.
