Breakfast Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
6 eggs
1/4 c. milk
1 pkg. crescent rolls or 2 pie shells
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Brown crumbled sausage; drain.
Place in bottom of pie shells. (If you use crescent rolls, place in a 13 x 9-inch pan and pinch together to form crust.)
Sprinkle cheese on top of sausage.
Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper and pour on top of sausage.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until eggs are set and slightly browned.
I make on Christmas Eve and refrigerate and bake for Christmas morning.
