Oven Barbecued Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. ketchup
2 Tbsp. sugar
4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. Heinz meat sauce
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 dashes Tabasco
2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken pieces (I use thighs, with skin removed and fat trimmed)

Preparation

Wash chicken and place in shallow dish.
Mix ingredients for sauce and pour half over chicken.
Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
Turn chicken and add rest of sauce.
Bake about 30 minutes more. Serves 4 to 5.
