Sausage Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. spiced sausage, sliced into 1/4 inch slices
4 strips bacon
1 c. diced onions
1 heaping tsp. minced garlic
2 c. kale leaves, sliced to 2 inch length
2 or 3 chicken bouillon cubes
1 qt. water
2 med. potatoes, sliced into 1/4 inch slices
1/2 c. heavy cream
salt
pepper
Preparation

Fry sausage and bacon until done.
Place onions, garlic, kale, boullion cubes and potatoes in 1 quart of water and boil until potatoes are cooked.
Add sausage and crumbled bacon and boil with heavy cream for 5 minutes.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
