Quail And Rice Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 quail (buy Manchester quail in frozen food section) or fresh quail (fresh is better)
    2 c. Minute rice or 1 pkg. Uncle Ben's wild rice
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of onion soup
    salt and pepper to taste
    paprika
Preparation
    Take a wild turkey, freshly killed, and have husband clean the breast of the turkey real good.
    Halve the breast and slice real thin.
    Store in freezer in freezer bags.
    Take packages out as needed for meal.
    Salt, pepper and flour the same as for chicken. Fry, using iron frying pan (to give it a good southern taste), until done.
    Serve with wild rice and tossed salad.
    Tastes better than chicken fingers.
