Hot Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 yeast cakes, dissolved in 1 c. warm water
2/3 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 pinch salt
1/2 c. Crisco
2 c. warm water
8 c. flour
Preparation

While yeast is dissolved in 1 cup warm water with sugar, combine eggs, salt, Crisco and 2 cups warm water.
Combine this mixture and add about 8 cups flour.
Let this mixture rise until doubled in bulk.
Pour out on bread board and knead until smooth and elastic.
Pinch off enough dough for amount of rolls to be used.
Roll out to about 1/2-inch thickness.
Cut with biscuit cutter.
Cover with melted butter; fold over.
Place in greased baking pan.
Let rise until doubled in thickness.
Bake 12 to 15 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
Place remaining dough in greased covered dish.
Will keep in refrigerator 4 to 5 days.
