Oven Fried Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fish fillets
    1/4 c. corn meal
    1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. dill weed
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients.
    Set aside in dish.
    Dip fish pieces (about 2 x 3-inch or 2-inch lengths) in 1/3 cup milk.
    Dredge into dry mixture.
    Place in lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Drizzle with 3 tablespoons melted butter.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
