Roasted Russets With Garlic - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. small russets, halved
    3 Tbsp. Spanish olive oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. dry red hot pepper flakes
    4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
    1/2 c. minced Italian parsley
Preparation
    In a large roasting pan, toss together potatoes, olive oil, salt, pepper flakes and garlic.
    Roast in 350\u00b0 oven, tossing occasionally, for 1 hour.
    Add parsley; toss and serve.
    Serves 6 to 8.
