Greton - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground pork butt
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 large onion, cut up small
    1 small clove garlic, chopped
    1 tsp. powdered cloves
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Put ground pork in kettle with salt, pepper, onion and garlic. Cover with water; cook about 4 to 5 hours slowly or until all water has gone.
    Remove from burner; add cloves and cinnamon.
    Beat it a little and pour in dish; stir it a few times while cooling.
    Good on both crackers or toast.
