Rice Cooker Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef or ground turkey
    1 lb. regular sausage or turkey sausage
    1 small head cabbage
    1 medium chopped onion
    1 medium chopped bell pepper
    1 small bunch onion tops
    small amount garlic or powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. raw rice
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Measure rice and water, using Hitachi cooker measuring cup. For low fat diet, I precook meat and sausage a little to remove excess fat.
    Then put all ingredients in large bowl and mix well. Then pour in 8 to 10 cup Hitachi rice cooker.
    Start cooker.
    Let stand in cooker pot for 1 hour after bell rings before serving.
