Eggplant Parmesana - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium eggplants
    1 c. oil
    1 jar spaghetti sauce
    6 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cut eggplant into thin slices.
    In 1/4 cup oil, cook eggplant until lightly browned.
    Add more oil, as needed.
    Spread 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce over bottom of a 2-quart baking dish.
    Arrange a layer of eggplant; sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 30 minutes.
