Savory Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
4 c. cooked rice
3 c. boned cooked chicken or turkey
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp. diced pimiento
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Blend soup and broth.
Heat and stir until smooth and hot. Add remaining ingredients except 1/2 cup of cheese.
Pour into a greased shallow 2-quart casserole.
Top with remaining cheese. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
