Microwave Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

nonstick cooking spray
2 c. Micro Mix
2 eggs
1/2 c. mayonnaise

Preparation

Spray microwave-safe
10 x 6 x 2-inch dish with cooking spray. Combine mix, eggs and mayonnaise in a bowl.
Spread in prepared dish.
Microwave
at
half power (50%) for 6 minutes, turning once.
Turn again.
Microwave at full power (100%) for 2 or 3 minutes or until surface is firm to the touch.
Remove dish to wire rack to cool completely before cutting.
Makes 18 brownies.
