Spaghetti Sauce With Lobster - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lobsters, cleaned and claws removed
2 large cans tomato sauce
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. olive oil
Italian dressing
Preparation

In large saucepan, cook onion and garlic in olive oil until tender (do not brown).
Remove garlic.
Add lobster and cook until red.
Remove lobster from pan.
Add tomatoes and simmer for 1/2 hour.
Add lobster and cook 1/2 hour longer.
Remove meat from lobster and add to sauce.
Simmer for 1/2 hour longer.
Pour over cooked spaghetti.
