Multi-Grain Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. yellow cornmeal
    1/3 c. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 c. boiling water
    1/4 c. cooking oil
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1/2 c. warm water (110~)
    3/4 c. whole wheat flour
    1/2 c. oat flour *
    4 1/2 to 5 c. all-purpose flour
Preparation
    *Make oat flour by putting rolled oats in food processor.
