3 Pepper Beef Tenderloin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. beef tenderloin
    1 Tbsp. black pepper
    2 tsp. white pepper
    2 tsp. ground fennel seed
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ground thyme
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Trim fat from beef.
    Mix remaining ingredients; rub over beef. Cover; refrigerate for 2 hours.
