Baked Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chicken breasts
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. strips fresh ginger
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 tsp. cooking wine
    4 scallions (1/2-inch)
    1 Tbsp. honey
    1/2 tsp. minced garlic
Preparation
    Place chicken in baking dish.
    Combine all ingredients except scallions and pour over chicken.
    Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 4 hours.
    Bake at 300\u00b0.
    When almost done, add scallions.
