Swedish Meat Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef chuck
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. celery salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
bread crumbs
Preparation

Beat eggs slightly.
Add milk and bread crumbs.
Add seasonings.
Knead meat into this mixture, using a teaspoon as a measure.
Roll balls between palms of hands and then into a dish of bread crumbs.
Let stand at least 1/2 hour.
