Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked squash, mashed
1/2 pt. sour cream
1/2 grated onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
salt and pepper
1/2 stick oleo
1/2 (8 oz. pkg.) Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix (blue pkg.)
Preparation

Melt
oleo
in\tcasserole
dish and pour out for later. Pour 1/2
of
the
stuffing mix into buttered casserole dish. Mix squash,
soup,
sour cream, onion, salt and pepper.
Pour this over the
stuffing mix and top with the remaining half of the stuffing mix.
Pour
melted
oleo over this.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
