Hush Puppies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. self-rising meal
1/2 c. plain flour
2 heaping tsp. baking powder
1 egg
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. sugar

Preparation

Mix together and add milk, but leave it thick.
Spoon out in deep, hot grease.
