Salmon Steaks Teriyaki - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 salmon steaks (approximately 3/4-inch thick)
    1/2 tsp. sesame oil
    4 tsp. soy sauce
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation
    Place steaks in shallow pan.
    Mix remaining ingredients, except butter.
    Pour over salmon.
    Let stand 20 minutes, turning occasionally.
    Remove steaks from marinade.
    Brush both sides with melted butter and broil 5 to 7 minutes on each side or until browned and easily flaked.
    Serves 4.
