Lo-Cal Coating For Fish And Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. nonfat dry milk
    2 tsp. chicken or beef bouillon
    2 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Spray pan with Pam.
    Coat fish fillets with coating mixture. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    You will think it has been fried.
